3 weeks ago I attended a confrence called "Comfest" which was just a CAomic-Con under a diff name. I went there primarily because it comforts me to know that I'm not really out of place in this country, though I still felt it since these type of cons tend to be focused on things that I have no interest in such as Anime and Marvel. They brought the voice actors of the japanese one peice anime and the guy who plays as Loki in the MCU. I would love to participate in the cosplay scene but I don't think I'll be capable of investing money and time into it, I used to cosplay as the spy from Team Fortress 2 way back in 2019 but it was a one time only since my parents feared cosplaying is just a drugfest in disguise. so now I'll be bringing Brobgonal with me to these conventions so I don't feel left out. oh yeah the navy seals were there for some reason just hanging out and they have a good taste in Adam Sandler films.
